We will collect the personal data included in emails you send to us from online forms which you complete and from any other ways you communicate with us. If you do not provide the personal data which you have to, you will not be able to submit your enquiry form if you are making an enquiry.

_utmb & _utmc Not essential.	When visited	Third Party Cookie - Google Analytics	Google _utmb cookie demarks the exact arrival time, then Google _utmc registers the precise exit time of the user. These cookies work in tandem to calculate visit length.	The information would not be recorded by Google Analytics, there would be no impact on your experience.	Session cookie, and expires at the end of the session if no additional information is sent/generated will run out after 30 minutes. Because _utmb counts entrance visits, it is a session cookie, and expires at the end of the session, e.g. when you leave the page. A timestamp of 30 minutes must pass before Google cookie _utmc expires. Given _utmc cannot tell if a browser or website session ends. Therefore, if no new page view is recorded in 30 minutes the cookie expires. _utmz Not essential.	When website is first visited	Third Party Cookie - Google Analytics	_utmz monitors the HTTP where you came from to get to our site by type e.g. search engine (organic or CPC), direct, social and unaccounted). From the HTTP Referrer the _utmz cookie also registers what keyword generated the visit.	The information would not be recorded by Google Analytics, there would be no impact on your experience. 8. Security and Storage of Your Personal Information
Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. We will of course comply with our legal obligations but we are unable to guarantee the security of your personal information transmitted to our site therefore any transmission is at your risk. However, we do have a Server Firewall in place. Once we have received your personal information, we will use appropriate procedures and security features to guard against unauthorised access.
